Very helpful courteous and knowledgeable employees.... hard to find that sometimes but these are good people. Highly recommend this store but most of all the people.

Love the store and normally the staff , however today I had a run in with Sharon(I believe was her name) and I wanted a key made, she looked up and snapped at me that she would be awhile as she has 10 keys to make. I explained to her I was not in a hurry and could wait and she said okay then whatever… I was very upset with her attitude, she needs better people skills so a brake if having a bad day…

I am huge on Lowes and Home Depot for your larger bulk purchases. I go to Rocky's for one reason, the employees go above to help you solve repair issues and are intimately involved in helping you purchase what you need. Everyone is extremely positive. You won't get this consistency at any Lowes or Home Depot. This Ace Hardware is excellent.

There was a really nice older gentleman with his hair in a bun that helped me get everything I needed. He walked me through every step, and was even looking at savings and sales for me. This is exactly what customer service should be! I will definitely be returning to hear the next time I need anything DIY :)

Excelllent. Items I needed were clearly marked and readily available. Good variety of products to meet your budget needs and by that i mean there are a lot of store brand or off brand goods to choose from when you need to save a little money on an unexpected repair

Bought 40ft of 18/2 wire. Their markup is 700% compared to any store in ohio. Same wire at HD is $9 and they charged $72. Convenience and distance is def not worth the money! I would not go there for a screw anymore!
